For the provision of the basic services of this app no personal data of the user is collected for any other purpose than the recognizable use. Any information collected will be stored in local databases of the device, no exchange via the Internet takes place.

In order to provide a backup of data and settings in the event of loss of the device, these are backed up in encrypted form to Google Drive, if an account exists for this. The exact course of the process cannot be influenced, the administration of the data and the guarantee of data protection is the responsibility of the providers of Google Services.

In addition to user data entered by the user, the app uses Google Location Services to display the user's position on the map. If access to location information is not permitted, existing map entries are used as an indication of the user's position. In general, the location information is used only to position the map sections and is not sent, stored or otherwise processed.

If you contact us, the data you provide will only be used for processing your request, for contacting you and for further development of the app and will be deleted promptly. When you send an e-mail, it will be forwarded to a mail provider via which the e-mail can then be sent.

For the entire use of the app, only an Internet connection is required to load the maps. Other functions run completely offline.

The app may contain links to websites of other providers. We have no influence on their compliance with data protection regulations.

Für die Bereitstellung der grundlegenden Services dieser App werden keinerlei persönliche Daten des Nutzers zu einem Anderen als den erkennbaren Nutzen erfasst. Jegliche erfassten Informationen werden in lokalen Datenbanken des Geräts gespeichert, ein Austausch via Internet findet nicht statt.

Um bei Verlust des Geräts ein Backup der Daten und Einstellungen anbieten zu können, werden diese in verschlüsselter Form in Google Drive gesichert, sofern dafür ein Konto existiert. Auf einen genauen Ablauf des Prozesses kann kein Einfluss genommen werden, die Verwaltung der Daten sowie eine Gewährleistung des Datenschutzes obliegt den Bereitstellern der Google Services.

Neben eingegebenen Daten des Nutzers verwendet die App Standortdienste von Google, um die Position des Nutzers in der Karte anzeigen zu können. Bei Nichtgestatten des Zugriffs auf Standortinformationen werden bestehende Karteneinträge als Anhaltspunkt der Position verwendet. Im allgemeinen werden die Standortinformationen lediglich zur Positionierung der Kartenausschnitte verwendet, nicht weiter versendet, gespeichert oder sonst verarbeitet.

Bei Kontaktaufnahme werden von Ihnen übermittelte Daten ausschließlich für die Verarbeitung des Anliegens, der Kontaktaufnahme sowie Weiterentwicklung der App verwendet und zeitnah gelöscht. Beim Senden der E-Mail wird zu einem Mail-Provider weitergeleitet, über welchen die Mail dann gesendet werden kann.

Für die gesamte Nutzung der App wird lediglich eine Internetverbindung zum Laden der Karten benötigt, andere Funktionen laufen vollständig offline.

Die App enthält möglicherweise Links zu Webseiten anderer Anbieter. Auf deren Einhaltung der Datenschutzbestimmungen haben wir keinen Einfluss.
